The Value

Technology Is Only Powerful When It Solves a Business Problem.

I don’t just build technology.
I understand the business behind it.

Most technology projects fail for commercial reasons, not technical ones. Hira works from the other direction — starting with the business model, the customer and the way revenue is actually earned, then deciding what needs to be built.

That means one person carries the thread across sales, marketing, business strategy, software development, fintech infrastructure, client onboarding and digital branding. Requirements stop being translated between people who only understand one half of the problem. Her advantage is straightforward: she reads the commercial side and the technical side of a business at the same time.

About

Meet Hira Majeed

Hira Majeed is a business and technology professional with strong expertise in sales, marketing, software development and digital business solutions.

Her work focuses heavily on helping entrepreneurs establish and scale technology-driven businesses, particularly in the forex and financial services ecosystem — where the distance between an idea and an operating company runs through company setup, platforms, CRM, payments, onboarding and everything that connects them.

She works across strategy, technology, implementation and client onboarding, helping businesses turn complex requirements into practical systems. The role changes with the project: sometimes it is defining the commercial model, sometimes it is specifying architecture, sometimes it is sitting between a founder and an engineering team so both are solving the same problem.

She also leads a team of high-end developers capable of building sophisticated websites, CRM platforms, business portals and custom software solutions — which means strategy does not stop at a recommendation.

Forex Brokerage Formation

Build Your Forex Brokerage From Scratch.

From business concept to technology infrastructure and client onboarding.

Establishing a brokerage is a sequence, not a shopping list. Hira helps clients understand and implement the different technology components required to run a modern forex brokerage operation — and, just as importantly, the order in which those decisions should be made so each one does not have to be unwound later.

  1. Step 01

    Business Planning

Understand the business model, target market and operational requirements.

  2. Step 02

    Company Setup

Support around the business formation and required operational structure.

  3. Step 03

    Brokerage Technology

    Implement the required technology ecosystem.

  4. Step 04

    CRM

Client management, onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, IB structures, reporting and operational workflows.

  5. Step 05

    Trading Infrastructure

Trading platform integration and related brokerage technology.

  6. Step 06

    Liquidity

    Liquidity connectivity and infrastructure solutions.

  7. Step 07

    Bridge

Bridge technology connecting trading environments and liquidity infrastructure.

  8. Step 08

    Website & Client Portal

Build a professional public website and client-facing digital environment.

  9. Step 09

    Client Onboarding

Create structured onboarding and operational workflows.

  10. Step 10

    Growth

Support digital presence, sales systems, marketing and client acquisition.

Technology Ecosystem

The Technology Behind a Modern Brokerage

Each layer has one job. Problems usually appear where two of them meet — which is where the architecture has to be decided deliberately.

Operating alongside

The chain only moves money and orders. Everything that makes a brokerage operable — verification, payments, partner structures, oversight and reporting — runs beside it and has to be connected to the same data.

CRM Solutions

More Than a CRM. A Business Operating System.

Hira and her development team build customised CRM platforms around the way a business actually runs, rather than forcing the business to adapt to someone else’s product.

In a financial business the CRM is where onboarding, verification, money movement, partner structures and reporting all meet. Getting that architecture right early is the difference between a platform the team grows into and one it grows out of.

Performance
Fast on real devices and real networks.
Design
Considered typography, spacing and hierarchy.
Conversion
Structured to turn attention into enquiries.
Technology
Maintainable architecture that can scale.

Personal Branding

Your Expertise Deserves a Digital Identity.

Most professionals are more impressive in a meeting than they appear online. Personal branding work closes that gap — turning experience, judgement and personality into something a stranger can actually assess.

The process starts with positioning, not design: what you do, who it is for, and why someone should choose you specifically. The website is where that work becomes visible.

Sales & Marketing

Technology Gets Attention. Strategy Converts It Into Business.

Before Hira built systems for other companies, she sold. That order matters — it is why the technology is designed around how a deal actually gets won.

Problem Solving

Complex Problems Don't Scare Me.

They Give Me Something to Solve.

  1. Tell me what isn't working.
  2. Let's understand why.
  3. Then let's build the solution.

Most problems presented as technology problems are not. A platform that “isn’t converting” is usually an onboarding sequence nobody mapped. A CRM the team avoids is usually a workflow that was never theirs.

Hira works across business and technology to identify what is actually failing, simplify the complexity around it, and coordinate the right people and systems to execute a solution. That often means asking uncomfortable questions early — and it is why engagements tend to start with a conversation rather than a proposal.
